WHAT IS A STAKE

You are a human resources head/manager, a trainer, a coach, a therapist, a consultant or more generally a support expert. You wish to acquire news methods in order to get a particularly clear interpretation of behaviours and feelings applied to interpersonal relations, of compatibilities and incompatibilities between individuals, self-confidence, self-esteem as well as behavioural rigidity which curb both individual and collective performances. You also need your new skills to be attested by approved certifications. These conditions apply to Human Element® course phase 1, which primarily focuses on the LHEP (Licenced Human Element® practitioner) certification. Other certifications are available among the “Implicit Career Search” (I.C.S.) and “Customer services” (C.S.) courses.

Gary Copeland and Judith Bell created this programme designed for companies in two days. Their initial postulate was simple and relevant: “As supplier, if I can create comfortable conditions for my clients to feel good about themselves and about myself when we are working in a client-supplier relationship, they will become life-long clients.”

This programme relies on Will Schutz’s FIRO theory (Fundamental Interpersonal Relation Orientation). It is intended for companies wanting to change their customer services approach.

For whom?

The Impact Client certification is aimed at consultants who conduct training courses designed for sales representatives, individuals working with organisations such as hotels, call centres, medical and paramedical staff; but also for professions such as lawyers, chartered accountants, storekeepers, consultants…

COACHING

element humain coaching

Coaches who become member of the Association Française de Praticiens Elément Humain (French Association of Human Element Practitioners) are all coaching experts. They can share their skills in terms of individual caching, team coaching, or team cohesion based on Human Element method.

Their ethic is directly inspired from the four fundamental principles at the heart of Will Schutz’s approach: self-awareness, authenticity, personal determination and presence.

In their personalised support style, the coaches who are part of the Association work on developing:

  • Self-awareness, that is to say, getting to know yourself and others with respect for everyone
  • Authenticity, which is the most efficient tool to simplify human relations. They commit to transparency and commit behaving humanely in their relation to themselves and to others
  • Personal determination: they are self-reliant. They totally integrate the idea that anyone can change if they want to, if they know how to and know they have no obligation to do so

They guide people into the Awareness of what is happening here and now, in the present moment. The coaches pay close attention to what they experience, for themselves as well in his relations to others. Members of the Association Française de Praticiens Elément Humain commit to honouring the application of these principles.

SUPERVISION

Element humain supervision

Supervision is imperative for all professional coaches. It allows coaches to be put in a mindset of growth and professionalisation at the service of the coached individuals. Supervision implies a permanent system, which the coach can resort to when necessary, regularly and in the same confidential atmosphere than in coaching. Supervision relies on a specific contractual initiative. Some LHEP offer individual or collective supervision. Take a look at our practitioners list.
